The only two times when the constituency chose another candidate -- that is, of Shiv Sena -- was in 1999 and 2004. The affidavits reveal that assets of Congress candidates Vilas Muttemwar (Nagpur) and Mukul Wasnik (Ramtek) registered a rise of 60.81 per cent and 433.41 per cent respectively since 2009 polls. Among all candidates who have filed their nominations from Nagpur and Ramtek constituencies so far, the richest one is Dr Mohan Gaikwad.
